Double On-Down
We know of double parking which is frowned upon and which is taboo and a definite 'No No' at hash circles. But what do you think of a double OnDown.
Here we see William demonstrating the ART of downing a double.

Runsite - Batu 14 Hulu Langat towards Sg Tekali. A new runsite so much many overshot the site entrance. On On sounded on time by GM. The trail took us through the 'kampong' and on into the rubber and the 1st check which was quickly broken.
Moving on mostly clear well trod tracks so much so Robert Beh was heard commenting, "Where got hill?" and about this being his last run before he goes on a sabatical for the EPL. Turning a corner we reached a small hill, and Robert Beh went "Oh F*** HILL", the hilltop of which was only about 110 metres high.
The trail then took the runners to next hill which if Robert Beh had reached, he would have definitely gone "OH F*** F*** F*** mountain". The paper trailled up to a height of about 250 metres before leading down. Reaching flats, many would have thought that home was just another short hop skip and jump, given that the run thus far had gone about 5 km.
How all were mistaken, cause, it was another 3.5 km to home through the rubber, over a rickerty bridge, the hop or skip or jump over the streamand back up the small hill and on into the in-trail back home. It was an exhausting but a good 'Runners' run'.
Gary Leong, the hare, said the 1st runner on paper was out in 1hr 29 min.

When this scribe together with Samerican arrived for the run, H5 were just coming out. So we decided to do a reverse run. Going up on the bitumen road towards the famous temple and after passing it, turned left up the rubber.
We met the FROP coming down at the lallang patch on the hill. Reaching an elevation of about 287 metres, we met our GM who was on his way down. As it was about 7.30pm then, we decided to turn and hit home.
Down Down
The Box : "So how was the run?"
Some answers : "Oh vely long lun." "One hour going up up up and up, then backcheck and all the way down." "1st check go round in circles around the pond."
New Committee on downed.
Welcomed new boot, Yeong 'Joker' and rejoined, 'Leong Senior'.

Bandit MIA and Roger too had to MIA. So nothing about the run, unless someone else can submit a writeup.
Anyway, it was our 13th Anniversary and as usual election or as some would call it 'erection' time.
The list of members who are going to screw our hash lives for the next 12 months can be found at the sidebar. It will be updated as soon as new details are available.
Talking about 13 (our anniversary, if you did not know), looks like an auspicious year for HLH4 to get into cyberworld. Sure Live one.
Next run at Broga ... again.
Posted by Bandit with thanks to Roger for all the info.
