Run: 796 Hare: Farah Venue: Bukit Hatamas Cheras Co-hare: Warrenti

First there was the 11th Philippines Nash Hash on and these few made it there to down down the San Miguel and maybe to check out the Nash Hash sponsors. Who would resist joints with names like Tender Touch, Lollipop, AngelWitch etc.

Then there was Batu Pahat H3 celebrating their 30th Any Versary. Those in the pix below went down south for this run.

So only about 15 members turned up to climb the 'Ah Pek' hill at Wangsa Cheras. Only a few finished the run on paper as the 'In' and 'Out' trails were too close to each other for comfort.

Dipstick came out on the 'In' trail papers whereas Silent Dragon and Munster were out on the correct 'Out' trail.

On On onsite - Farah's Famous Curry. (conveyed by NoHair as reported by Abraham)

Next Run: No 797 Date: 25/10/208 Hare: Bandit Venue: Bukit Gasing (Tower site)

Run: 784 Hare: Jessie Teh Venue: Bukit Hatamas Cheras Awana SubCons: Munster, ...

The Hare Jessie Teh About 35 members. The runsite was along a road near a new housing developement named Bukit Hatamas. A few years ago, we would have been climbing for some 20 mins at this very spot, but now we start the run from here.

Not only were the running trails getting shorter, they are also being over run. That evening the Banana Hash was also running there and recent run papers of at least 3 other chapters were found along most of the trails at the Wangsa Cheras trekking/hiking hill.

Song Lau welcoming 'The German'The run was practically a reverse of the last run set by Warrenti. A short trek into the jungle and then down and then all the way up to around level 5.

From there it was all down and taking the right trail to home. Warrenti knowing the area so well that he avoided the falsie and kept going without calling ON ON.

All were out by 7.30pm. On On onsite.

All out after the run Watermelon to cool down
Hashers crowding around for a piece of the 'Smelly but with a Heavenly taste The Hare being reminded she is a year older

Next Run: No 785 Date: 02/08/2008 Hare: Blood Donor Venue: Bukit Gasing
(Travelling along Jalan Gasing, bypass the entrances to the playground and tower sites. Look out for HLH4 signs near Taman Petaling. You would have overshot if you hit the roundabout.)

Hare: Anson Lim Venue: Cheras Awana
When this webreporter arrived at the runsite at 7.30pm, there were about 15 members just milling around waiting for the 1st runner on paper. Much to the relief for their thirst for beer, Andy came trotting out at about 7.45pm followed by some 14 others a few minutes apart. Cha Cha backtracked reaching home at 8.30pm. Again a Klang valley chapter having their celebration run robbed us of a good attendance.
So how was the run? Well the following were overheard. "The trail went up and up and up the hill and kept going up."Before we reached the top, we could sense the trail would hit left for the down trail home." "So we decided to go that way." "We met Kajang, they also lost." "Coming down the hill, we saw our paper." "Why they take that way, go this way and come the other way, very easy mah." "Very slippery one." "I was so scared." (pardon the quality of cellphone pics)
