Rehashed 20100529 Rat Tail

Run: 880 Hare: Rat Tail Venue: Bandar Technology Kajang Cohares: Abraham, BicycleMan

There was a reasonably good turnout for this hare' FO run. The papers led in the usual in-trail from the water-tank factory site and took the left turn for the 1st of the many climbs of the run.

The trail led through rubber, belukar, and oil palm clearings where we had to watch out for the pricks. It went through rubber clearings where the branches and twigs were strewn along the paths to hinder the hashers.

The hashers had to go down and jump across ravines, which meant a climb waited. After some time, the front pack could not be seen or heard. At around 8pm, the 'whore' was waiting for the back pack.

It was then realised that the hare had taken us for a ride, resulting in every known curse with expletives being thrown at him. They would have also thrown the proverbial 'kitchen sink' if it was in hand. The back pack numbering about 10 regrouped to decide how to get out.

1st, Cock Pains led to find the way to the dragon fruit farm. Not reached even after going about 2km. U-turn and came back to the 'whore' and continued straight to the cow sheds.

Found a paper trail and followed, up, down, up, down and out to the rubber clearing. Loud opinions expressed on which way to go, a contest between Cock Pain and Micheal. Finally Dipstick led the hashers down to cross the ravine for the in-trail.

The pack came out at around 9.10pm and as expected the hare was not around to accept their 'well wishes'.

No one completed the run as the even the front pack SCBed out very much earlier.

Rehashed 20100522 On The Way

Run: 879 Hare: On The Way Venue: Putrajaya Riverside Cohares: ...

The hare Ramesh On The Way

We were there just in time and started together with the rest. Me Mrs was nervous as we did not know if the area would have leeches waiting to pounce.

A walk on the concrete bridge by the big water pipes got the pack heading into the rubber tree hills on the laterite road. The first check was heard and soon the OnCall was heard echoing from the left hill by Gigi Putih, only to find it a falsie. Guest SK was asked by JPS to go further on the laterite road and he broke it with ease.

Kelam Kabut was cutting through to get back on the trail while Dipstick was the new ‘pai kiok’ (walked with a limp). The pack was then treated to an uphill climb that got Pengsan nearly fainted, Gigi Putih showing his brimming teeth and Song Lau nearly ‘sang’. No Hair was brainless and seemed lost as Pengsan broke the second check just near the top of the climb.

The pack was treated to a nice view of Putrajaya and the 3rd check awaited for Pengsan to discover. KikiLala and SK were quick to break the check as some scent gave away the hide. Soon as we were at the foothills, we met KFC and U-I ‘doing the bayee way’ and ran back to reach the run site under 45mins.

Kelam Kabut did not have enough of sweat, so he went for another round that brought him back at 7:10pm. JPS was quick to comment when he came back earlier than Dipstick. The rest came back before sun down to witness the beautiful rainbow.

Run: 878 Hare: Farah Venue: Bukit Hatamas Cohare: Warrenti

Kelam Kabut arrived first, then Munster followed by Bandit a short while later. Then Pengsan & family, Dipstick, Micheal, Khoo Kongsi with his Moon and beerman arrived.

At 6pm, Munster led the way followed by Dipstick, Pengsan, KelamKabut and Bandit. The trail led down and then up the usual steep 1st climb. At the top the papers took the right turn to the check which was broken further up right.

From there, the papers led along well beaten hikers track up to the 1st level, then past the 2nd level to the third level. The trail then went down and up and down and up and out through the in-trail.

When Bandit turned back at the 2nd level, Micheal continued while Khoo Kongsi and Moon had enough and turned back too.

Dipstick was FRB coming out at 7.20pm followed by Pengsan about 5 mins later. Munster and Kelam Kabut came out in a different out-trail about 10 mins later while Micheal came out from the main road at about 8pm.

In the absence of mismanagement committee members, Bandit took the box for the circle.

On On onsite home cooked packed nasi lemak. Warrenti had to go out to top up the food as the turn-out of 20 was more than expected.

Rehashed 20100508 Karu

Run: 877 Hare: Karu Venue: Beranang Industrial Cohare: a non-hashing South Indian expat

It was announced last week that Beranang Industrail estate was the runsite for Karu's run. Karu even said "my usual runsite, traffic light turn right".

Karu had put up a very clear HLH4 sign at the traffic lights and another one at the runsite.

Yet about 7 cars and the beerwagon went to the "they anounced our Committee's Run runsite". Though there were no HLH4 signs directing them there, they parked. Thinking it to be a small turnout, they started the run on hash trail papers they saw.

Meanwhile about 10 cars went further and saw the HLH4 sign for the right turn to the runsite. They too started the run.

The two groups met somewhere along the trail. The hashers from the incorrect runsite doing a somewhat reverse run ended at the correct runsite. But had to grudgingly go back to retrieve their cars not knowing that King Kong was arranging to bring the cars.

Lester ABC from correct runsite came out about 7.05pm. On On onsite with Karu's specialty of mutton and chicken to go spice up the chapati, thosai and spring hoppers.

No Hair has this to report;

"We drove to the run site to find it empty and thought that we were early and not many were coming for the run, furthermore there were no hash signs to the run site! So, there were only about 6 cars around and the 10 of us when we started the run on paper to the usual run in trail.

Just as we were about 5mins on the trail, the paper just stopped and we were looking for papers thinking that the hare didn’t know how to set the run! We finally ‘broke’ it and ran across an open field towards the rubber tree hills.

Mobile phone then rang and we were told that we were on the reverse! We were too far in to turn around and were joined by some ‘late comers’ to continue doing it reverse. The second ‘check’ we had was broken in a jiffy too and further run into the rubber tree hills to meet the front pack on the right trail.

Some confusion of directions was exchanged among some but we didn’t take much notice about it and followed paper. Passing the last pack, we kept running and soon came out to some village road that we ended running on a falsie that they didn’t pick the paper! Back tracking and followed the ‘turnbackers’ we hit the trail back towards the real run site.

From there some had done some car jockey duties while some of us ran all the way back towards the wrong run site to complete the run in reverse and pick up our cars, a little over 7pm.

I had a good reverse run while some had the good run, some just finished ‘A to B’ while some just had fun!"

Rehashed 20100501 Ricky Ular

Run: 876 Hare: Ricky Ular Venue: Sri Haneco Cohares: Abraham, Blood Donor

As Bandit drove in, he looked towards the unoccupied shoplots. Not seeing any hashmen's cars there, he drove straight on to the fishing ponds only to be greeted by a "Tiada" hand signal by Gigi Putih coming out.

Gigi Putih then saw the hare and co-hares at the corner restaurant laughing and counting the number of hashers going the wrong way. The runsite was behind the 'previously empty, now some occupied' shoplots and along the 'empty shoplots turned into swiftlets hotel' lane.

At On On call, Bandit was seen going in last but he then turned back before the fishing ponds and headed out to the main road. About 5 mins later he got off from Joachim's car. Apparently our German friend's GPS took him to the abandoned factory lots site.

Both of them then took off on the trail which led past the fishing ponds up to the foothills where torn hash paper indicated the check connection going up the hill. With Bandit gasping and panting, they went up, passing another check at a ridge.

Coming up to the ridge where the left path is usually taken by short-cutters, they could see UI struggling going up with Bruise, who was formerly known as Buford of the 'Walking Tall' fame, keeping her company. Here, Bandit had thoughts of short-cutting too, but when he saw KFC, up higher, his macho instincts must have come to the fore.

Somewhere up the hill, the back pack consisting of KFC, UI, Ah Hooi and her 1st time guest, was also thinking of turning back. But Joachim was not going to allow it, saying that they were "already at the top". His voice must have goaded them on for all decided to complete the run.

With the checks were already broken, the back pack continued up and then down all the way to the home trail coming at around 7.35pm.

On On onsite, T-man stuff.

Rehashed 20100424 Vaisakhi Run

Run: 875 Occassion: Vaisakhi Venue: Emville Resort SubCons: ...

"Usual day with me Mrs ready! We reached the run site a little early and she saw no other than herself, the only lady around! We were on the start of the run that we saw some other ladies in MPV driving in.

Monster was searching around the clubhouse for the paper as he couldn’t find any on the downhill road but was finally pointed out to him the paper was just by the side. The pack ran out from the clubhouse and out towards the tunnels.

The 1st check was waiting and was broken just when the middle pack arrived at the check. Running in the OP hills for a short while before the front runners hit the 2nd check just by the highway and the middle pack broke it running towards the lakes.

There was a bet going on during the run as Monster and Nokia were out running each other, losing would mean lots of bottles of premium whisky!. The 3rd check was just after the lakes on a rubber hill, as some were searching on the opposite trail, Nokia hit the OnPaper and blazed the trail.

The pack was led into some Sahara-like landscape with small hilly trails. The 4th check was just half way on the barren hill. Abraham went down what seemed like a path, Kelam Kabut went round the back of the hill and Dipstick went straight up. Abraham didn’t find any paper and bashed straight through to meet the runners later.

Dipstick hit paper in the ‘mid-rift’ and called. Kelam Kabut hit the OnPaper at the back of the hill while Song Lau was joining paper on the shortest route. The pack was on top of the hill with the USIM fencing that demarcate their land and with that, the pack followed the fence downhill with the lalang cutting and poking the arms and legs.

The paper then led the pack through more lalang hills leaving the middle pack panting on the climbs. The runners was half way up the last lalang hill when Khoo and Moon was down on the in trail yelling, Kelam Kabut was kind enough to go down on the other side to lead the 2 towards the out trail.

After passing the USIM water reservoir tank, the pack was led back into some bushy rubber hills with a little zig-zag trails to end up to some cleared construction land. Further ahead were some swampy crossings before reaching the main sub station and on the OP estate roads to cross back the tunnels and back to run site.

FROP 1hr30mins, middle pack with YM – 20mins later, while the last was Short Circuit who went in late came out close to 8:15pm."

Rehashed 20100417 Viagra

Run: 874 Hare: Ah Wai Viagra Venue: Bukit Angkat Cohares: JPS, Cock Pain

The heavy rain that started before the run delayed many members while deterring some to come and run. Fallen down HLH4 directional signs caused some to turn up at the factories' site.

Blown away signs were the least of the problems faced by the hashers on this wet evening. Getting on to and staying on the correct trail was a most daunting task, no thanks to washed away hash trail papers.

There were basically two groups of hashers, the first who went in at around 6pm and the other, the late cummers, who went in around 6.30pm. The first group came out around 7.25pm knowing that it was a small running area at Bukit Angkat.

The 2nd group, that is the back runners, also knowing there is not much running area here, came out around 8.30pm. Well they had to break the last two checks which the Front Runners "On Paper" missed completely.

The back group had luck on their side in the form of the better half of the co-hare who being worried on the lateness of his wife called to inform that the last check was a back check.

When the FROPs reached home, there were already more 40 hashers enjoying the golden piss.

The hare gave all members a T-shirt, similar in style as the one he gave out at his last run at Betong. This T was to signify the return from Betong, however, Viagra left an "A" back in Betong.

The hare Aru

About 25 members turned up on this lovely day for this hare's virgin run at memorable Kesuma Lakes, the home base of Song Lau.

The trails were all through and under oil palm with about 5 checks thrown in to hold back the FROPs. The "air-field" running areas enabled Micheal to break the 1st check and allowed even Karu to complete the run.

Lester ABC was FRB in 1hr 25mins.

It is hoped there will be no complaints from the papaya smallholder.

Annapurna - The Sherpa Guide

Amelia and Guat Ling made it up to the Annapurna Base Camp and, rightly, they were honored with an On Down.
All trekkers and climbers to the Himalayan range seek the services of a Sherpa guide who, most often, also double up as a porter. Many write about these brave men and have pictures taken with them.

Amelia says that their guide was a very quiet and shy person who was reluctant to be photographed. Nevertheless, they managed to secretly photograph their Sherpa guide while he was taking a breather up at the base camp.

But we were not given permission to display the Sherpa guide's picture here. However, Guat Ling said, "We didn't say you cannot hide it here".

So click on On On below for a peek at the shy Sherpa guide's picture. But remember, as this picture is highly sensitive, no copying or downloading.

Run: 872 Hare: Geok Leng Venue: Sg Jelok Cohares: Lester ABC, Bruise Low

The Hare Geok Leng Going pass the horrendous dumpsite into shooting range gives you the stinky feeling that we Kajangers are a dirty lot. But the site was still one of our best location in terms of privacy and hash ambience. With all trotting in at about 5.45pm the usual week long drag on their weary face suddenly brightens up as we are going to let off steam and savour the fresh air in the run.

As we hit up the trail into the rubber, Iqbal and Kiki we rummaging into a heap of expired Lipton tea bags trying to convince our On Cash Silent Dragon into stocking up for our future runs without beers! We were heading uphill into the first check before kelam kabut broke the check and on call put us to a zig zagging hunt till next check down the ravine into a stream. A call out for On On was made, catching FROP lkie Pengsan and yours truly when we were searching along the stream. Even our hash dog had a tough time getting the scent back cos the stream would have put off his trail.

Hitting back into the out trail, Dipstick managed to find the last check before Gary shouted On On to the unsuspecting Munster who hit the home run coming out for a bronze medal.

Some packed meehoon and Shandong kacang served as snacks compliment from Blood Donor.

GM started circle with the hare, Ice Cooling and co hares Lester ABC and Bruise Low taking the On down.
Amelia and Guat Ling got their honour for climbing Mt.Annapura base camp....hey you what, they are no more novice climbers but trained to go for Mt. Everest leh!

Dipstick had his share as hash whip getting late comers on ice and Cowlin the Interhash Sex,for simply holding on as Hulu Langat H4 flag bearer while in Jogya Malioboro Run and Bali Run recently....... putting aside his chicken business!

Run: 871 Hare: Heny So Venue: Sunway Semenyih Cohares: Abraham, RatTail

The Hare Heny So Our last run here in Sunway Semenyih was hared by Blood Donor some three months short of three years ago, on 02/06/2007. Getting to the runsite, one had to turn right just before the guardhouse onto the dirt road and drive up and park just behind the dwelling flats.

Runsite Sunway Semenyih On OnOn, the papers led past the flats through the familiar parking area of earlier runs here and into the usual in-trail. With the blazing sun in our eyes, the hashers trecked up the black top rocky hill where the 1st check was laid.

This check was broken across in the oil palm for the descend down to the quarry. The papers led on the quarry road, keeping right and into oil palm for another check. This was broken on the right going up and ended in a falsie. Going further up, the papers was found but this too led to another falsie.

The FRBs could not be seen nor heard so the back walkers together with some late comers decided to go down to "Kelam Kabut called OnOn back there" as said by Winnie.

Down on the flats, our advisor leading some harriets was heard to say "Ok, follow us or follow me can go back. The papers down there." ABC hit the papers and then Dipstick came from down the left and said "WTF, four falsies".

So the remaining hashers decided to follow the road Song Lau took and soon after hit the home trail, arriving back at runsite around 7.20pm. But beer not broken ... first runner on paper not out yet. Finally, about 10 mins later and to the relief of the thirsty hashers, Pengsan and Kelam Kabut were out.

Rehashed 20100320 Kilat

Run: 870 Hare: Thomas Kilat Venue: Kota Warisan Cohares: Thomas & Friends

The Hare Kilat

Thomas Kilat's run at Kota Warisan, a virgin run site on the way to KLIA. The run site was at the top of a hill where a big signage "Kota Warisan" is displaced and with a very beautiful view.

The turn out for the run was small due to the distance and also the Animales' do at Shah Alam where about 10 of our members attended. The beer man lost his way and was heard calling for help.

The run started at about 6.10 p.m. with only 9 hashers. The run was a clean oil palm estate walk where all the way we could only see oil palm trees and there was no bashing through any bushes. The run started toward the highway and into the oil palm estate.

The 1st check was a back check on the right. The 2nd and 3rd checks were forward checks and were easily broken. The home run took the hashers along some bungalows in Kota Warisan and a small climb to the runsite at the top of the hill.

On the way the few members bumped into 3 hashers doing the reverse run. One of the surprise guest they met was non other than Cock Pain, an ex-member. According to him he was specially invited by the Hare who went to this house in the afternoon.

The 1st runner, Gary was out at about 7.30 p.m. and the rest were out about 15 minutes later. A black t-shirt was given out by the generous hare and this is the 2nd t-shirt given out by the hare.

On On on site with plenty of food and not long after that the "Ngau" session started.

"No Hair" missed HLH4 so much that, after the Animal's run in Shah Alam, he rushed to Kota Warisan to conduct the circle.

Rehashed 20100313 KFC

Run: 869 Hare: KFC Kong Venue: Bandar Technology Kajang SubCons: Abraham, Rat Tail

The Hare KFC Kong The favourite run site for many and EM. The day was cloudy and it rained just after the run started. The turn out was fairly good too, with guests showing interest to join too. No Wings brought ‘cousin sister’ Cindy along to enjoy the run. Some one ended up in other chapter's run site, too.

Noticing and knowing that the 2 ‘brothers’ were setting the run, many expected some torturous or a messy run. The pack went along the tarmac past the factories and towards the OP. Yet to find the first check, the pack went on and met another chapter that was running in the same area, PH3. The usual exchanges of greetings.

The pack went on in the heavy rain that fell and only after crossing the river and plantation that the 1st check was found. It was a forward heading towards the clearcuts with thick bushes. Uphill and down, through the thick bushes the pack ended up on the 2nd check near the ‘whore’.

It was a ‘frontal assault’ and the check was broken by Joachim. ‘Climbing the whore’ slow and steady, the pack reached the ‘nipple’ and was led down ‘caressing the buttocks’ of the whore to another smaller hill. The runners had a whale of a time here running up and down before coming to the 3rd check that was broken on the way down to the river.

Crossing the river to meet the hill climb that slowed the runners and after going down from the top, they met the 4th check near the Taman Harmoni houses. It took quite some time before the check was broken by Guitarman but he didn’t call On and instead ABC called On after hitting paper from the mid hill.

Thinking of running on home trail already the runners were taken to another slippery downhill before climbing the long uphill by the new clearcuts. Running past the new clearcuts the trail led back to the OP to head back towards the factories.

FROP 1hr50mins and BWOP 2hr30mins. Blood Donor, Juicy, Micheal and Hash came back on tarmac via Taman Harmoni before 9pm.

The hare treated the pack with some wide array of spread of kuih-muih, packets of nasi lemak, 'crunchies', etc.

Iced during the circle:

Cha Cha - litter bug that littered on where the box is;
Ular - handsome 'L' hash shirt;
Beerman - belongings that was left behind;
Abraham - same as Beerman;
Long John Silver - to claim the canister that nobody claimed (save money!);
BumbleeBee - parading her dinner wear before the pack;
No Hair - liar liar;
Micheal - wearing shirt like a maniac;
Small Aru - 'what's my charge?';
BumbleBee - sleep singing;
Gigi Putih & Seow Hui - can't remember all members' hash names;

Rehashed 20100306 Kumar PJK

Run: 868 Virgin Hare: Kumar PJK Venue: Emville Resort Cohares: Thomas & Friends

The hare Kumar PJK It has been a number of years since HLH4 last visited this area. The drive from Kajang was not that far though some have deemed it ‘too far’ but actually some took about 30mins from KL to reach here!

The turnout looked small at 5:30pm and just as the run started, some drove in. The pack built up from a mere less than 10 to about 20+ before the run finished. A long warm up walk towards the OP from the clubhouse, which the hare has some privilege to use.

The first check was to entice and tempt the runners to go through the tunnel but some were much more cunning than the hare. A back check call by the edges of the OP had the back walkers caught up. After a winding climb up hills in the OP, the pack was given an easy forward uphill check but the ‘too clevers’ went otherwise.

The pack reached the hilltop clearcuts for some nice views and strong breeze before running downhill and back up again in the OP to meet the 3rd check which was a forward but the ‘too clevers’ were around to run and hit the in trail paper. Some from the pack hit the correct paper and chased forward to the OnCalls and connected to the intended trail.

Climbing up a bigger hill before on the home trail generated some sweat and the run on the home trail produced more. I (No Hair) was doing the ‘run and wait’ as me Mrs was the only ‘flower’ around as the rest of the ‘flowers’ were doing what ‘flowers’ do best – avoid new running areas!.

At last when we were on the home trail, it was near the intrail, that me Mrs got some company from the back walkers that I could stretch me legs for about 2km. It was mentioned that the FROP was in before the hour (58mins) and the last before it grew dark.

Rehashed 20100220 Silent Dragon

Run: 866 Hare: Silent Dragon Venue: Mahkota Cheras Cohares: No Hair, ...

The Hare Silent Dragon

I helped set the run comment: we started at 2:30pm with the sun above our head with no clouds seen around the area. A walk on the tarmac for about 15mins before the 1st check that should be broken with a back check going uphill.

The 2nd check was at the top of the first climb, also should be broken with a back check by going up hill. It was climb and climb, we were so much in it that we missed the down path for a easier climb up but we had to really bash through some thick and thorny bushes before we finally reached the top and found not the intended trail through.

Wasted some good time and we were really sweating from head to toe and the sun was waiting for us, we were exhausted!. We finally had to back track and leaving the laid paper as the 3rd check, which should be broken with another back check to the left slope-y walk before reaching the intended track.

We finally reached the 'sand bed' flats and rested with hydrating using golden fluids. We continued after a good short rest and into the jungle canopy for some cool shade. It was downhill all the way till the flat ground orchards and the suspension bridge to set the 4th check, a back check with a falsie should be found.

It was then all the way back towards the run site by going down a small hill and climbing back up a small hill and a longer steep climb before reaching the last hill slope for the walk home by the water tank hill slopes.

Silent Dragon was exhausted as like I've never seen him like that and with Tyson and Ben (both BananaH4 members) also longing for some sitting time.

Starting the run was chaos as the agreed time should be at 5:30 BUT Banana H4 started at 5 and we at the agreed time. Their GM was screwed later by their hare. The FROP Dipstick and Warranti) were 1hr25mins and the last before 8pm (Farah, Blood Donor).

Iced:
Guitarman - multiple time for his 'non-hash t-shirt';
Reject - complained too much drinking during CNY and resoted to drink 100+;
KikiLala - gave wrong info to ice Farah for wearing her t-shirt correctly;
Guitarman - claiming there was no snake during the run, whereas a bunch of them saw one;
BumbleBee - taking sweet time to clean up after taking sweet time to change from pretty clothes;
ShowTime - just being happy.

How hot was that day? It was so hot that the caterer came late as his car was over heating and later we found it to be empty on water in the whole system! Teaman Catering - food was licin and there were beers......sat till 11:30pm before the rest adjourned to OnOnOn.

Rehashed 20100206 Matahari

Run: 864 Hare: Matahari Venue: Dengkil Cohares: ...

The hare Matahari It was heard that it was a good run but slightly messy with much zig-zagging on the front section of the trail. Second half was good as the co-hares avoided going on the tarmac and soon had the runners whizzing home.

Dipstick was not feeling well, as he got some viral infection......feverish...??? Ice cooLeng had a viral infection too, often-ous late-eus come-ous, which had spread around and was caught by Matahari (the hare of the day) No Hair, Email, Gigi Putih and Maria.

Other than these few viral affairs, the long spread - lazi-nuss to come-us for run-nus was so often passed on except for those who were immune to the virus. Current few who were carrying this virus - Bandit, Henny, Abraham, Rat Tail, Aru, AhLong Singh, Water Bai, PJK, U-I, Rocky, Seow Hooi.

There are also some other viruses around - shortus cuttus (Karu - long time infected and recently passed some to Thuksudi No Wings), bluemooning fever (comes once a while BumbleBee, Fong siew, HongKong Singh, KFC, Dr Ballcracker), some were catching these viruses on and off too.

So, alas the FROP was out in 1hr30mins for a shorter than Deepavali Run.

Iced:
Ular - taking sweet time to clean up;
JPS - "halo? alo? hello?";
Munster - 'don't know how to come to Dengkil';
Juicy - forgot to bring running shoes;
Ular (again) - try to help Juicy by lending her 1 shoe!;
Gary & Ice cooLeng - hoarding seats to put up their legs;
Dipstick - 'director'

Rehashed 20100130 Winnie Jenny

Run: 863 Hare: Winnie Jenny Venue: Asbadi Quarry Cohares: Kelam Kabut, ...

The Hare Winnie Jenny (no report in ... yet updated: 17/02/2010)

About 20+ hashers turned out for the run at Asbadi Quarry, Mantin (same runsite at Fong Siew's run).

The run started by the side of the fish pond restaurant going up the hill. The first check was almost 3/4 up the hill and it took some time for the hashiers to break. Thaksudi No Wing broke the check which was on the left side at the bottom of the hill.

The run took the hashers on a small climb toward the quarry. Towards the 2nd check, Dipstick found No Wing lying by the side of a small stream. He told Dipstick that he was tired and from there he took a shortcut back. He was iced for not finishing the run.

The run took the hashers to another stiff climb toward the high tension cable tower at the top of the mountain. From here we could see Gaya Park on the other side of the mountain. It is about 1500 feet high. From the tower, another short climb and it was all the way down to the native settlement.

On the way down, the FROPs met Ballcreaker running up towards them. Apparently, after the first check with the help of his GPS, he ended up at the end of the run and ended doing a reverse run. From the native settlement it was all the way home to the runsite.
