Rehashed 20120128 Miaw Miaw
Run: 967 Hare: Miaw Miaw Venue: Cheras Bukit Hatamas Cohares: Pengsan, Silent Dragon
It rained in the Klang Valley earlier and there was a slight drizzle at the start of the run. The runsite had to be moved to the site to the left as there were signs another hash chapter was runsited at our usual place near the free water tap 'sponsored' by Guitarman. But it appeared this chapter was HAPPY with just three runners.
This was the first run in the Chinese year of the Water Dragon and we had, who else, but Silent Dragon to co-hare the run.
The trail up the usual out-trail up to level six which the hare was misled to believe was station 5. From there it was all the way down, but Silent Dragon conveniently forgot the two more climbs to endure on the way down.
Accept for the initial screw up just before the climb where some A holes connected the papers to the out trail, all the other checks were broken intelligently fast despite the absence of the usual FROBs.
The next week's hare was believed to be the FROB, coming out in 1hr 20mins.
On On onsite with packed nasi ayam with some frills.

Rehashed 20100703 Miow Miow
Run: 885 Hare: Miow Miow Venue: Bukit Lagong Cohares: Pengsan, ...
It was the weekend of the Hornbill Interhash 2010 at Kuching. Some HLH4 members may have been there to witness how an interhash event attended by hashers from around the globe could be screwed up by the disorganisers.
They could have also been there to ensure that Bombasa does not get to host the next Interhash - for a fear of the dreaded vuvuzelas. They voted to have Interhash 2012 close by at Borobudor.
Some members would have stayed home to Cry for Argentina while our Joachim was celebrating.
For some others, Bk Lagong was just a wee bit too far them.
So, until this delayed publishing time, there have been no reports and no pixies of the last run. We will just have to imagine it.

(Directions to runsite: Travel on LEKAS highway towards Mantin/Seremban. Exit at Mantin toll. Turn left at T-junction to Mantin town. Travel about 1.5kmnot available at press time. Most probably have to head towards Mantin town and look out for HLH4 signs on the right.)

Run: 804 Hare: Miaw Miaw Venue: Bandar Tech SubCons: Pengsan, KelamKabut
Run started with the usual run in trail and towards the left side of the hill to palm oil replanting area. Crossing through the 'usual out trail' and downhill a check was laid but was broken easily by Munster which he made the sense of it by running west ward.
A small up hill and down brought the front runners into rubber estate with a check and some 'kena' a falsie straight down hill and up before it was broken by KikiLala on the right small trail with a little climb where guest Kaher Singh said ' .....a good workout going up and down, definitely a crowd pleaser!'.
It was that this trail leads to the cows' grazing area with the 'cowboy gates' and 'doing the whore from the back'. It was all the way uphill - the hare had used the 'whore' as a circular check, from the top down but turned towards the hill's in trail that had 'front runners cursing with a smile' as most back runners went up the hill as well.
It was broken to the right side of the 'whore' on a trail leading uphill and then down towards a construction site with 'lari ikut sana, bang!' gang pointing towards the palm oil estate hill. It was a very short climb and a long gradual down hill reaching some flats in Taman Harmoni with a short run on the road that leads towards the palm oil plantation hill opposite run site.
It was not finished yet as the hare took all for one last hill before a brief run on home trail. FROP in 1hr 15mins and last in was less than 2hrs. Some light food and some kiddy chews were provided - meehoon, eggs, 'Mamee', 'PoPo' muruku....

Run: 736 Hare: Miaw Miaw Venue: Bukit Lagong Selayang
Some 35 supportive members came to check out this 1st time for HLH4 runsite. The runsite looked crowded with Mount Kiara Hash also running there that evening and a group from FRIM.
The run was up the hill for 15 mins, then downhill for 2 mins, then up again 20 mins, down 2 mins, up another 15 mins, then down 2 mins, and again up 10 mins and then finally down and out on home trail for 30 mins. A road run all the way much to the relief of some who were prewarned of leeches.
On On at a restaurant nearby but was delayed by the attempt to break into a car to retrieve the car keys
