Rehashed 20130406 Matahari
Run: 1029 Hare: Matahari Venue: Kota Warisan Cohare: Thomas Kilat, Dorai
The scheduled hare was Matahari (sun) but getting to the runsite, from the main road, there were no matahari signs and there were also no HLH4 directional signs, instead we were greeted with only bulan (moon - general elections season) signs. From before the start and right up the ON ON, there was also no matahari, just hujan (rain).
The runsite was at the curve in the road going up just before the hilltop and away from the Co-hare's semi-D.
Unlike the previous runs here, the papers led on the opposite direction, a different route. Going under palm oil, the trial kept left, going up the 1st hill and coming down, still keeping left and to the high tension power lines. But the papers did not cross the rentice, but kept just along the boundary.
Another hill and a loop where the last check was "lost and not connected" for some back runners. The trail then hit towards the main road side and looped back, climbing the last hill back to runsite through the usual in-trail.
The rain before the run had washed off some trail marking papers, which delayed the runners somewhat but still the FROBs managed to hit home within the hour. A short while later, the rest of the group was out. Some said that it was a "motorbike run", so the hare's brother was "cooled" down.
The hare, Matahari, must have expected or maybe even summoned the rain, which had stopped for awhile just before the start of the run and then continued when circle began. He gave outMataharimau umbrellas.
On On onsite.

Run: 955 Hare: Matahari Sami Venue: Kota WarisanCohare: Kilat
Probably due to the distance, there was only a small group of about 30 members who went in at the sound of the On On. A few others came in a bit later.
The papers led on tarmac for a good warm up before going under canopy and the first check. Dipstick, leading, broke this check and then disappeared. The trail was all through the oil palm estate, meandering and looping which allowed some to shortcut at the loops (Two assumed short cutters were 'rewarded' at the circle). There were no hills.
Dipstick was out in 40mins and the last within the hour. Bandit surprisingly came early and completed the run and did not fail to mention the four climbs that he had to endure during the run.
'On The Way' made an appearance, though late.
The Hare gave a 'jersey' freebie which had the shining 'sun' and the words HLH4 FC in front and the number 37 at the back. When asked about what the FC stood for, the hare said that the F certainly was not for football and left it to our imagination.
On On at Kilat's house, just a hop down from the runsite.
The hare, Matahari, has a medical condition for which he will be going under the surgeon's knife for an estimated 12 hour op at IJN on 14/11/2011. He needs our thoughts and prayers.

Run: 864 Hare: Matahari Venue: Dengkil Cohares: ...
It was heard that it was a good run but slightly messy with much zig-zagging on the front section of the trail. Second half was good as the co-hares avoided going on the tarmac and soon had the runners whizzing home.
Dipstick was not feeling well, as he got some viral infection......feverish...??? Ice cooLeng had a viral infection too, often-ous late-eus come-ous, which had spread around and was caught by Matahari (the hare of the day) No Hair, Email, Gigi Putih and Maria.
Other than these few viral affairs, the long spread - lazi-nuss to come-us for run-nus was so often passed on except for those who were immune to the virus. Current few who were carrying this virus - Bandit, Henny, Abraham, Rat Tail, Aru, AhLong Singh, Water Bai, PJK, U-I, Rocky, Seow Hooi.
There are also some other viruses around - shortus cuttus (Karu - long time infected and recently passed some to Thuksudi No Wings), bluemooning fever (comes once a while BumbleBee, Fong siew, HongKong Singh, KFC, Dr Ballcracker), some were catching these viruses on and off too.
So, alas the FROP was out in 1hr30mins for a shorter than Deepavali Run.

Ular - taking sweet time to clean up;
JPS - "halo? alo? hello?";
Munster - 'don't know how to come to Dengkil';
Juicy - forgot to bring running shoes;
Ular (again) - try to help Juicy by lending her 1 shoe!;
Gary & Ice cooLeng - hoarding seats to put up their legs;
Dipstick - 'director'

Run: 791 Hare: Matahari Venue: Bukit Angkat SubCons: ...
Direction to run site was not clearly indicated, two signs after the main road and that was it. Anyhow many have been to Cock Pain's factory, so they found their way there.
On-on was called at 1802 and a frenzied crowd was looking for the in trail. It was an adjacent in road by the empty land that led to the foothill where 'usual trail' was flooded and the first check was laid.
Munster was up the hill on the left and ran down when he thought some 'body' yelled On-On and left cursing to check back where he left off. Finally, it was broken with a back check which led towards the housing area and then towards some hilly side to that.
A crossing between a retaining wall and drain which was a bit high had left MLTR chasing 'Hash' round and round to get it on higher ground, it provided some light entertainment to most of us.
On the 'red rock' road another check was laid uphill and was later broken further uphill which brought everyone on the ridges turning a 'C' towards the run site's direction then a check was on top of hill which was the opposite direction to run site. It was finally broken at the bottom of the hill by the 'going to be developed' clearing area. As most middle runners reaching the slope down saw Munster cursing the 'check breaker' not calling out.
A short run before a short climb up the palm oil estate hill with another check on top. It was broken downhill again and had most runners a short breather before crossing the high tesion cable tower clearing towards an industrial lots on top of a small hill and hill clearings 'ready for development'. The most dusty home trail, on the main road to run site, which was about 2km long.
Circle started with No Hair taking the box for the first time.

Bulldozer for 'bee singh' - noisy;
MLTR for leaving soiled T-shirt on someone else's car;
Dipstick also for 'bee singh';
KFC for leaving a chair behind in Sg Batangsi's run;
No Hair for calling the hare's contractor to know where the run site is, whereby he was on the run site when he called.
'Long time no see':
Sagoh back from mid-east, "I did not run for the past 6 months there as those guys they were not very active there. Nothing like HLH4!";
Abraham (still recuperating from broken ribs) "I'm OK now but will need some 3 months before Hashing again";
Thomas 'Mr Kilat' "lebih senang sikit sekarang, business sudah slow sikit.."
'Long time will not see': Winnie Jenny "....some tendon in my knee broke?...or what....painful....." during a hash in seremban/mantin/mambau.
