The run was claimed to be a reverse of the run set here last by Bulldozer and which was screwed up slightly.
The hare made sure of the visit to the long forgotten Bandar Tech Whore. It sure had been along time since anybody visited her as her "hair" was overgrown from her valley to her tits. For some, it was quite a painful experience getting through her bushes.
Long John claimed it as his 'Standard' when he came out around 8pm. The first time guests took a bit longer to reach home.

Run: 1016 Hare: Bruise Lee Venue: Sg Jelok Cohares: Lester ABC
The hare had appointed LesterABC and Cowlin as Live-contractors for this runsite, well known to Lester.
OnOn was called at at 6:00 pm and the crowd went in the usual trail uphill to the right. Soon paper was found leading to the right into a small trail, which soon ended in the first check. The front runners smelled that it should be a back-check and quickly turned around to move further up the trail leading to the Indonesian houses.
Paper was leading to the left, slowing down everyone, as the steep hill made almost everyone to stop once a while to catch his breath.
Reaching the hut another check was found, which took quite a while to break. After 10 minutes the check was broken further up the hill, making a loop around the hill until a third check confused the front runners.
On call was finally heard on the left and after a while the paper led the hashers downhill through slippery grass through the orchard.
Coming down at the stream the hashers knew it was the usual home trail, but another check has been put there. It was broken by some brave front runners, followed a bit reluctantly by a handful of hashers, where many other members smelled the beer already and went back the usual path. Not expected otherwise Long John showed his stamina continuing on paper and make the run up to his standard
On call was heard across the stream on the opposite hill, another breathtaking exercise with a check at the top..
Quickly broken to the left the trail went down the gravel road, crossing a small stream, went further towards another workers housing and further uphill to the right, where it finally looped down towards the fishpond.
From there it was a easy cool-down trot back to the runsite.
First runner out on paper was Dipstick in about 1h15min, last one was Cockpain, who must have got lost somewhere on the last stretch of the run.
During the circle announcements was made about the club going to Medan in April, some number of new boots were introduced and Silent Dragon reminded to pay outstanding subs by presenting his huge spray can full of red paint.

Run: 1015 Hare: Dipstick Venue: Gasing Hill Cohares: No co-hare
The Hare, Dipstick, planned to be a live hare but with the trails in Gasing hill being clean, well trodden paths, he needed to be quick and he knew if he took a co-hare, he may lose a bottle of whiskey. So no co-hare, he could not afford the chances of being caught, he went in alone with a 15 mins head start.
The papers led down the usual in-trail and hit the left and the climb to the watch tower. FRom the tower, the trail led left down to the out trail, but it before it hit the bridge, the papers swung right to give runners a couple of more climbs, one of which was quite steep going up and coming down.
The trail led through the hanging bridge and out to the tarmac road and playground and going back under canopy for the last short climb back to home.
The hare was out in 50 mins while the first runner was out in an hour. Apparently the trail was disconnected by some 'good hearted' people who wanted to keep the trail clean. This cost the FRBs some 10 mins to find the correct trail.

Run: 1013 Ocassion: Christmas Run Hare: Guitarman Venue: Nedayu, Kajang 2 Cohares: Kok Pain, Munster and SK
After all the rainy days, a beautiful sunny evening and the trail was set from the abandoned apartments which was the runsite. The trail started with all heading towards the kongsi and into the rubber estate. It was uphill and then downhill with lots of cow dung along the tracks which led to the first check that was broken towards the back left.
This trail went on through some undergrowth into an abandoned construction site and lalang till we reached rubber again where the second check was laid. The check was a back-check that led the pack towards the oil palm plantation and along a rambutan plantation, that many had a fruit or two but Lo! It was a circular check around the rambutan plantation.
The FRB’s was screwed, but a relief to the Back markers. The check was broken in the oil palm plantation and as we ran along the track, we came to a cowshed and to avoid the pack of dogs, the trail went into the jungle and came to a steep drop into open ground and this led us back home. First runner was out in 55 minutes and the last about 20 minutes later.
A well set run for a celebration that ensured all were back safe and ready to enjoy the night. Cold beer , roast turkey, melons and noodles were ready for the hungry.
The night started with some Christmas carols and On Sex Lester taking the box and doing some icing followed by GM, King Kong gracing the attendees and welcoming the guest and first time guest from China. He handed over the box to Hash Whip, Dipstick who dutifully iced some noisemakers and indiscipline hashers.
Next it was Christmas Carols and Guitarman led the group through and Santa Clause came with lots of gifts and goodies to all present. More Christmas carols were sung until Santa left.
All present were treated to a sumptuous meal from Big Rose Caterers and even the Bangla’s at the site were asked to help themself. Overall, it was a fantastic do that lasted till past 1am.
The Christians would want to wish each and every member of Hulu Langat Hash for the contributions and support given for the run.
A big thank you to all the Christian Brothers, especially Jit and Guitarman who without fail kept the Christmas Run going.

It had been a very wet week in the Klang valley and it was still raining when the hardcore hashers came for the run. Everyone knew how the in-trail would be through the construction site, but this did not deter them.
It was still raining when On On was called at just passed six, but letting up some 15 mins into the run.
Bulldozer laid the trail through the construction site, coming out on tarred through the factories site.
All runners were out by 7.30pm. The rain had stopped long enough for the hashers to shower and clean up and then came down in sheets throughout the circle.
On On onsite, Seow Hooi's home cooked stuff.

OnOn was called at about 6:00 pm and Dipstick led the pack along road at the condos to the right. A first check near the football field took some time to be broken. Paper was finally was found to the right, where a small trail led into the rubber.
After a while a second check held up the runners. While checking for the connecting paper to the left, Silent Dragon met the Hare and Cohares on their way out to set the home trail.
Second check was finally broken by Eto (she was so happy, as this was the first time she broke a check!) to the right.
The run continued through the oil palm plantation, the trail was nicely set and no hills at all to be climbed (Bandit didn’t show up, he was worried about the hill to the Broga side).
First runner out was Dipstick in less than an hour, and most of the hashers were out by 7:30 except Karu.
ChaCha turned around immediately and went back in to look out for his buddy. After another 30 minutes, Karu came out the easy way on a motorcycle and ChaCha was back another 30 minutes later.

The weather was fine when about 30 hashers gathered at the dusty runsite by the temple. The 'in' was a long walk along the dusty, smelly road before turning right near the old rusnite and into the oil palm.
The trail went right as the paper led up the hill and then going down too, it kept right. With the few checks thrown being broken quite fast, the trail led up close to Sri Haneco where the check and falsie screwed up the front runners.
Cock Pain blamed KenChing and everyone else and, everyone else blamed Cock Pain who then decided to DiY himself back to runsite arriving at about 7.30pm. Joachim, Buaya and the others managed to break the check and followed the papers for the long long long way home.
Buaya was FRB on paper, reaching home in about 1hr 50mins, followed a few seconds behind by Baby Kangaroo who was given a sudden extra boost of power by some foreigners on the home stretch. The others then slowly trickled out with Short Circuit and friend being last.
Karu did his own run. Another group led by JPS did another run. Another 9 member group led by the Adviser followed their own trail. Guitarman decided to sit still.
On On on site - chicken nasi briyani.
Triple On was at Reject's place to rejoice for his and May's little bundle of joy.

The run at this one time favourite and popular runsite which is slowly being eaten away by development.
The papers led through the usual in-trail over the muddy route by the construction site. Just before going under canopy, the trail went right for what appeared to a reverse trail.
With the checks being broken intelligently, the runners quickly hit the trail that led to the side of 'the whore' but it swung right for a long loop back to 'the whore' where another check was laid.
This was broken on the left with the papers turning right into the bushes just before the junction and which led down and then up along the side of 'the whore'.
Going up, Dipstick 'caught' the hares who said that they were discontinuing the climb up the whore for reasons that the whore was not up to it, given her age and that is was already getting dark.
Papers were then reconnected to the in-trail and back to home.
